Location
Bacca is a traditional stone cottage located on the shores of Loch na Keal, a beautiful sea loch on the west coast of Mull.  The cottage is situated in a secluded area at the foot of the cliffs of Gribun in a designated National Scenic Area of Scotland and has spectacular views over Ulva, Staffa, Inch Kenneth and other islands.

Otters, seals, dolphins and a wide variety of bird and other wildlife can be seen from the doorstep of Bacca.  There are also plenty of good walks that can be made from the cottage, including an ascent of Ben More.  Loch na Keal is also considered to be an excellent spot for fishing.
The nearest shops are 10 miles away at Salen, where there is a supermarket, a licensed grocer's, a Post Office, a petrol station, a hotel and tea rooms.  At Kinloch, about 10 miles away in the opposite direction to Salen, there is a small shop with a good range of fresh produce and a loch-side hotal/pub/restaurant.
